WELCOME FRESHMEN STUDENTS

We are delighted to provide you with this Newsletter, a summary of the integration event for the English Language course, which took place on April 20, 2023, at the UNESPAR Apucarana campus. The event was organized by the second, third, and fourth-year students in partnership with the faculty members of the undergraduate program, with the primary objective of welcoming the new entrants in the year 2023.

The event started with a captivating magic show performed by one of the students, who interacted with the audience and left them in awe. It was undoubtedly one of the standout moments of the event.

The next activity was a treasure hunt, where the first-year students were tasked with finding answers to course-related questions at stations set up by the organizers. The purpose of this activity was to help the students gain specific knowledge about the course, such as complementary hours, projects, extension research, ETA, and other activities conducted on campus.

Following that was a "pass or fail" game, where the students were divided into groups and competed against each other to answer the proposed questions the fastest. The questions covered the course curriculum and the personal and professional lives of the professors. This game inspired a competitive spirit among the participants, leading to some humorous moments of people falling on the ground in good humor.

The event wrapped up with a "guess the song" competition, which included themes from TV series, pop culture songs, and more. This fun activity brought everyone together and fostered a sense of community among the students.

Overall, the integration event for the English Language course was a resounding success, and we hope that it achieved its objective of providing an engaging and informative experience for the new students. We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated and contributed to make the event possible.
